How did this come up?

So a while back (2 minutes ago) I looked up Tales of Spivey Man and found this. This was my first result: https://www.scamadviser.com/check-website/tales-of-spivey-man.webnode.com. Pretty tricky is what I said. How does this come up? I mean it is nice that it is at 100% safety but did this website really have to check the safety of this website. WHY WHY WHY? Thank you sir or Ma'am for doing this and letting other know that my blog is safe. Please tell me what you think about this.
